Christina Davis did a major project for delia’s in the Spring of 2007.  Christina was brought in as a consultant to develop a consistent training and on boarding program for our new store managers. Because of Christina’s leadership, experience, and expertise she was able the meld the two issues into one project.  Even as a consultant, Christina had the leadership skills to be able to influence and lead our internal group to complete the project.
